This custom-built high-pressure cleaning pump station is purpose-engineered for marine fixed cleaning applications, fully compliant with CCS (China Classification Society) standards, and ready to be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
Based on the DDF18 cold-water high-pressure cleaner platform, this system delivers reliable performance for demanding onboard cleaning tasks:
Pressure: Up to 500 bar (7,520 PSI), with adjustable pressure control and a minimum operating pressure of 80 bar.
Flow Rate: 30–73 L/min, with a ceramic triplex plunger pump designed for continuous-duty operation at 1,000 rpm.
Power Unit: 37 kW (50 HP) IP55 electric motor (380V/50Hz three-phase), with direct drive to ensure stable power transmission.
Marine-Grade Construction: Robust fixed-type chassis, optimized for the vibration, corrosion, and environmental conditions of shipboard installations.
